Jiliasian Terms and Conditions — What You Need to Know

1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jiliasian platform — including the website at jiliasian.app and all games, features, and services available through it — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using jiliasian immediately. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. Jiliasian reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and the most current version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility

To use jiliasian, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine law for online gaming participation.
• You are accessing jiliasian from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, agent, director, or close relative of anyone employed by jiliasian or its affiliated companies.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of another person.
• You are not a person who has been self-excluded from jiliasian or excluded by an operator under a responsible gaming agreement.
• You have not been previously banned or suspended from jiliasian for violating these terms.

Jiliasian reserves the right to request age verification at any point. If you are found to be under the legal age, your account will be suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and your deposits will be returned minus any amounts already wagered.

3 Account Registration

Each person may only hold one account on jiliasian. Creating duplicate or multiple accounts — for any reason, including claiming bonuses more than once — is strictly prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. Jiliasian may ask you to verify your identity at any time by submitting a government-issued ID such as a PhilSys card, UMID, driver's licence, or Philippine passport.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. Jiliasian will never ask for your password through email, SMS, or live chat. 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiliasian are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Jiliasian supports the following payment methods for Filipino players:

• GrabPay and Coins.ph
• InstaPay and PESONet bank transfers
• BDO, BPI, and UnionBank online banking
• Visa and Mastercard debit or credit cards

The minimum deposit on jiliasian is ₱100. Minimum withdrawals are ₱200. Maximum single withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification level and payment method. These limits are displayed in your account settings and may be updated from time to time.

Jiliasian processes withdrawal requests promptly. For verified accounts, GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes. Funds deposited into your jiliasian account must be used for gameplay. Depositing funds solely to transfer or withdraw them without playing may be treated as suspicious activity and could result in account review. 5 Bonuses and Promotions

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jiliasian. Engaging in any of them may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Opening multiple accounts for any purpose, including claiming duplicate bonuses.

• Any form of harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour directed at jiliasian staff or other players.
• Attempting to hack, breach, or disrupt jiliasian's systems, servers, or security infrastructure.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

11 Account Suspension and Closure

Jiliasian reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion if there is reasonable evidence of:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or use of stolen payment methods.
• Money laundering or any activity that violates anti-money laundering (AML) regulations.
• Chargebacks initiated against legitimate deposits to jiliasian.
• Behaviour that jiliasian determines to be harmful to the platform, its staff, or other players.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, the player's balance will be held securely and returned upon resolution if no breach is confirmed. Where a permanent ban is imposed due to fraud or serious misconduct, jiliasian reserves the right to forfeit outstanding balances and report the activity to relevant authorities.

Players who wish to close their own accounts voluntarily may do so by contacting jiliasian support at support@jiliasian.app. Any remaining real-money balance (net of any active bonus funds subject to wagering) will be returned to the player via their verified withdrawal method.

12 Changes to These Terms

Jiliasian may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, applicable Philippine law, regulatory requirements, or business practices.
